HOW TO START A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS IN NIGERIA

 I am not encouraging ponzi but if it becomes rampant,  we may do well to expose it in order to keep other members of the public on the know. Information,  they say, is power! A ponzi scheme is one that emulates the saying - robbing peter to pay paul.

Here is how to identify or start one.

1. Register your business

This is usually done through the corporate affairs corporation which is abbreviated as CAC. With presence online and offices offline, you can easily locate them! The trick here is to get a solid framework that would make people think that the business is legit! The reason is because when people see your corporate affairs corporation's registration certificate, they may think that the government of the Federal republic of Nigeria knows about your business. Meanwhile, you have not registered with the necessary authority that can regulate the business especially if it has to do with people's money.

2. Hire the services of a quack lawyer! 

Once you do this, you are good to go because people would think that you have a solid legal background. Some would even be afraid to sue you as they may be shunned by your criminal lawyers! The truth is that some of these lawyers know that some of the business they are representing are fraudulent but they still go ahead for the money's sake.

3. Gather Brand Ambassadors!

This is the hallmark of it! Once you know the calibre of people that are in the public glare of the people and you can afford their pays,  hire them and let them influence people to join.

Conclusion

In case you are trying to toe this path,  it is fraudulent and will dent your image.

YES OR NO

 Two wrongs cannot make a right - that is what they have always said! When you look around you and things seem to be tearing apart by the reason of all the atrocities that are happening around you,  do not be dismayed.

When a woman you insults you, it is bad but when you hit her,  it becomes worse! Let us learn to control our anger! The truth is that no one will force you to be in marriages but do not be the reason why it should break down. At least,  there is always a way out but don't complain about every little thing! 

Men and women have a lot to do to make the system work! The reason is because,  even though no one is perfect, it is not a reason to hurt others. Your imperfect is your business. Do not let it get in the way of your relationship with others! Make money all you want but if you lack common sense,  it becomes a problem.

Not everybody wants to see you happy! So,  if you keep telling everybody things about yourself,  you risk the chance of facing public scrutiny. Not everyone wants his or her whole family affairs to be made public,  know the kind of person you are getting together with. 

Before you get used to blaming people,  get used to admitting your wrongs! When you have done something wrong, apologize! 

It is good to keep an open mind than to be locked up in a private life of malice! Did you get? 

HOW AMERICA CAN HELP YOU!

 Being in America, you can have access to a wide range of resources that you cannot ordinarily access while in Africa. Nigeria precisely because so many companies are kicking us out of their programs due to bad reputation but you know,  not everybody can be an American! 

Relocating abroad would help you if you find a saner clime! Take for example: the issue of opening and operating a paypal account in Nigeria. Of course,  everybody knows that it is important. Though,  difficult,  it can be achieved. The only problem is that when you are done opening your paypal account in Nigeria,  it may not even be able to receive funds. So,  you can pay but you cannot receive funds except you use come tricks! 

Coming to tricks,  some can be detrimental to your reputation because once burst,  it would be difficult to mend a damaged character. That is why when some people pose as generous givers,  real estate consultants and even crypto-currency traders and are later discovered to be scammers,  it becomes a problem.

Africa can be great again if the people are responsible. Do not blame the government for everything but hold them accountable! 

In all,  look forward to seeing a better you.

WHY I LIKE AMERICA

 I just like America because of how the people in it see it! Some see it as something they can protect,  some see it as something they can cherish and some see it as something that they can belong in. I am glad to have come from Nigeria but I am not afraid of relocating.

The funny thing about Africa is that it is not a country but some people see it as being so! Africa is a continent with different countries,  languages and people. In Africa,  you find Nigeria,  in Africa,  you find Ghana and in Africa,  you find Togo! These are republics. Thinking about it now,  I can say that Africa is blessed but some African leaders are corrupt. Hence, the issue of looting. Some, I said. There can still be good leaders in Africa with strong voices but America is developed.

Yes,  I like America because it is developed! Some countries are underdeveloped. So,  whenever they have an emergency issue,  they run to America! This could be health-related,  technological advancement,  wealth or even politics! Funny enough, no one cares about developing the underdeveloped but always takes from it. Let us wonder a bit why there is a wide gap between the rich and the poor! 

There are also rich countries in Africa but that will not hold much water because the difference in currency exchange rate is nothing to write home about! Imagine $1 being equivalent to N520. You cannot think about a country's currency being low without the Naira coming to mind. Yes,  the country launched it's digital currency some time ago but some people are still having doubts about it. It is called E-naira! It is also good to know that the government banned most transactions that have to do with crypto-currency! 

Why or why not is not the purpose of this paper! Let us be focused and hope it gets better.

HOW AMERICA SEES THE WAR IN UKRAINE

 I am supposed to mind my business but you know, what concerns humanity concerns me! So many nations are concerned about what is happening in Ukraine but the fact still remains that different things go on in different people's minds! 

A lot of people would think that the war in Ukraine would just need about two weeks to be quenched but it is taking months already yet it is not quenched! Of course,  everybody should be concerned but America should,  much more. America happens to be a nation that so many nations look up to. So,  it wouldn't be a big deal if we say that the United States should react in respect to the special operation going on in Ukraine. Luckily enough,  the USA hasn't been quiet. 

It bothers me to know that so many people are taking sides with evil but in the case of Russia invading Ukraine,  it is not yet time to start pointing accusing fingers. Life in general,  requires dedication to the human cause! So,  it doesn't matter who is winning over who. Let's just be together but if it is not attainable,  let us at least,  live peaceably with one another irrespective of distance,  colour or profession.

A man who sets out in a bid to bring the world together by unifying the different people must know that there are certain things at risk. An overall way to see life is not to be doubtful but when one has been betrayed on several occasions,  it becomes a problem. 

Let us hope for a better tomorrow but while we are at that,  let us hope that the necessary parties do well to bring the people together again! If not for the sake of anything,  just for the sake of giving economic growth a chance.

Ukraine can have an economic boom again but first,  let there be peace! This,  I believe can be achieved with the right tools. How America sees the war in Ukraine matters because it will enable the US to wade in in the right direction. Appropriately enough,  it can be helpful!

I am just hoping that this,  too,  shall pass away.
